      • We love our fab new coffee machine and I am sure it is going to be a huge success for the Museum. The cafe opens in earnest on Friday after we have trained all the reception staff how to be baristas.

        I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help and advice you gave me whilst purchasing the machine – your advice was invaluable and you are an excellent ambassador for your company. Both you and Nationwide have always shown us great customer service, and encouragement and support in helping us set up this fledgling business opportunity.

        Thank you so much as well for all the stock you gave us and marvellous Lavazza sign – I know these are very expensive and rarer than hens teeth and we are so very grateful for your generosity.

      • I just wanted to let you know how delighted I am with the coffee machine. Your advice was invaluable as you guided me through the options and we certainly came to the right decision. The machine is excellent and has improved the service no end, it also looks great and all the customers have made comments on how great it is.

        The machine apart, I have to thank you for your excellent service. From the initial telephone conversation you were excellent in every respect. As you know I was a complete novice and had no idea about such a bid commitment. Your advice was first rate and your patience deserves a medal! All in all the best customer service I have ever experienced.

        And it didn't stop there. Laura was just amazing. She taught me how to sign contracts online and send photo I.D. She has since sorted out the insurance for me and saved me so much time and hassle. Laura is , indeed a huge asset to the company. She has the most amazing telephone manner and is so very helpful... a rare attribute these days. I adore her . Thank you Laura.

        Then John. What a guy. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He came to the shop at 6:30am. And the machine was pouring its first cup of coffee to the customer by 7:30 as we opened. He explained everything to us installed the machine in difficult circumstances,cleaned up and was gone. What a wonderful bloke. He didn't even laugh at my stupid questions.

        I cannot thank you all for such excellent service, I feel I know you all and you have collectively made a huge difference to a small cafe in Eltham and, more importantly, impressed me beyond any expectation.
